We held two new StandUp Meetings for the Applications and Digital Platforms teams. These meetings allow us to share ideas and proposals to improve our areas, strengthen communication and align our initiatives with the company's vision. We believe in continuous collaboration as a basis to continue growing and building innovative solutions together.
This event has established itself as a key meeting point for leaders in the technology sector, bringing together thousands of professionals, and we had the opportunity to connect with decision makers in areas such as Cloud, Big Data, AI and eCommerce. We attended conferences where experts shared their knowledge on the latest trends in technology. It was an ideal time to explore new collaborations and strengthen our professional network.
Icalia Solutions launches a new initiative that brings the team together once a month at the office with a surprise theme day. Our first session was held on October 17, where we enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere and some delicious tapas to strengthen our bonds.
