Social Responsability

We are aware of our environment and we care about and for the people who form it, and therefore we want to have a positive impact. We work so that effort and talent act together with the aim of contributing to a more inclusive and socially equitable society.

Through the actions and solidarity projects that we carry out in Icalia Solutions, we approach the world around us from a triple perspective; environmental, territorial and social.

Environmental

Sensitized by the care of the environment, we were certified in 2021 obtaining the ISO:14001 Certification, thus developing an environmental and quality management plan.

People

We adhere to the Diversity Charter, thus visualizing our commitment to diversity, inclusion and equality in the workplace.

We promote work-life balance in order to achieve a balance between work, family and leisure time, being a Family Responsible Company certified by Mas Familia.

Social

We promote synergies with the aim of responding to social and labor needs of our closest social environment by supporting some entities.

To this end, we collaborate with Fundació IRES by supporting their solidarity initiatives and with Fundació Formació i Treball by carrying out workshops to promote the insertion of women at risk of social exclusion within the FemTech project.
