We attended the Barcelona Woman Acceleration Week 2025 (BWAW), an event that strengthens its commitment to gender equality and female leadership in business and technology every year.

This edition gathered over 2,600 attendees, with 71 speakers sharing their insights across 15 discussions on parity, leadership, education, and Industry 4.0. It was inspiring to hear experts address the challenges ahead and, most importantly, the solutions to move towards a more equal and diverse environment.
